Faisal, the founder of TESSCO in 1987 and the earlier
UNECO in 1982 (which merged with TESSCO), is the
visionary leader responsible for shaping the company's overall
business strategy, growth initiatives, and financial stability. Armed
with a Civil Engineering Degree, his forward thinking approach
has been instrumental in driving the company towards its goals
and realizing its vision.

Afnan's journey at TESSCO began in 2006, where she gradually
climbed the ranks, starting as an Architect and progressing through roles
like Design Manager, Project Manager and Bid Manager.
Today, she holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Company.
Afnan's academic background includes a Bachelor's Degree in
Architecture from Carleton University in Canada. In addition to her
current leadership responsibilities at TESSCO, she occasionally indulges her architectural
passion by managing various design projects.
RABEA AL HAFEDH
CEO
Rabea has 33 years of experience handling different positions such as Projects Manager, Branch Manager, Regional Manager and CEO.
His main roles are analyzing data and assessing potential risks, materials, and costs, developing strategic operating plans reflecting the longer term
objectives and priorities established by the board. In additioon to putting in place adequate operational planning and financial control systems. Rabea
closely monitors the operating and financial results against plans and budgets, taking remedial action where necessary and informing the board of
significant changes. He supports the organization's strategic alliances and partnerships and supervises the preparation of the budget plan and follow
up the revenue, expenses, and profits and manage and lead the tender department.
